Obviously those that feel that guns are protected by the Constitution hailed this week's ruling as verification of that fact.
Former Mayor Paul Helmke, who works for the Brady Foundation, suggests that this ruling will take one of the gun rights arguments away and let more protective measures be passed. What are your thoughts?
