I have focused now for over 20 years on homeownership as the engine for the economy. Although many conservatives have lost their passion for the "ownership society" I have not. People owning homes didn't cause the recession, foolish bond investors and rating agencies did.
Now that I'm officially working in the start-up and innovative technology industry, I can focus my passion on being an evangelist for technology. If homeownership is the backbone of the economy, technology is the muscular system. Innovation, efficiencies, economies of scale all come from technology and a willingness to try new.
